BBVW UU (Under Used)

How's it going, and welcome to UU. UU (Under Used) is my second favorite tier, favorite outside of BBVW. The Pokemon are among the funnest to use and the balance between powerful offensive Pokemon and defensive walls is fairly good. You also get a few options for weather in UU, but only with Hail and Sand. As Rain and Sun is completely broken in this tier full of beastly Fire pokes and decent Rain abusers there is no reason to make the tier another OU.

You may notice on the bottom two "Suspect Tiers." These are NOT BL (Border Line) tiers, as I find BL tiers completely pointless. However, these are Pokemon that I feel may be able to earn a place within the respective "Suspect Tier." So if you have any feedback be sure to let me know where you feel these pokes belong.
